The INPC2007 is the 23^rd in the series of triennial nuclear physics conferences since its start in 1951 in Chicago. The
conference will be held in Tokyo International Forum, which is located at the very center of Tokyo, from June 3^rd to 8^th, 2007.

    The conference will consist of plenary talks and a number of parallel sessions. This conference will include also a special session in commemoration of the centennial of Prof. H. Yukawa’s birth, which will be open to the public.
