TAN is the only international conference series devoted entirely to transactinide science. It is truly interdisciplinary, bringing together theoretical and experimental scientists in the field of chemistry and physics.

A honoring session will be dedicated to Professor Hans Rudolph von Gunten for his achievements in heavy element science.
